- Typically XS/S in tops

What is your fitness regime?
I have followed the Sweat program for about 4 years now. I love the app. It is so fluid and easy to use. I love how it has so many programs to choose from. I started with the Kayla Itsines BBG program at home after I had my first baby. I progressed and now have been doing Kelsey Wells PWR program and it is my therapy. I love lifting and getting stronger.
What diet do you follow?
I’m the first to admit, in my past I was a yoyo dieter. Friend, I have tried them all. My girlfriend introduced me to the Faster Way to Fat Loss program a few years ago and I am so thankful. I did the program and learned so much. Counting macros felt really daunting but with the FWTFL program you have a coach, and they really walk you through it. I now don’t follow the program to the T, but I still typically count macros and have a much better relationship with food. I am no longer afraid of carbs or fat and know the balance my body needs.
